Interested in Becoming a Surf City Pet Works Retail Partner?
We would love to have you. All you need is a retail store front, online store, or a distribution network that works with retailers or online order fulfillment houses. In order to become a retail partner, you must provide:
A storefront or commercial location outside of your home, or a verifiable online store with your own order fulfillment services, or a verifiable retail or online distribution network.
An executed Retail Partner Agreement and Application.
A Sellers Permit or Resale Tax Certificate.
