Surf City Pet Works guarantees our pet products at the time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for 30 Days. This guarantee does not cover cuts or damage resulting from chewing, natural wear and tear, misuse, inappropriate use, neglect or abuse. To make a warranty claim simply return the product and original sales receipt to the place of purchase or email: info@surfcitypetworks.com.

Leashes are used at your own risk. Surf City Pet Works expressly disclaim any liability for injury, death, property damage or other loss or damage suffered by any person or pet as a consequence of the use of our leashes.

SHIPPING

All products purchased on www.surfcitypetowrks.com can be shipped to most locations within the United States of America and Internationally. All orders include tracking information. We make every effort to process orders within 5 business days of when they are placed. The shipping cost is calculated at the time of the checkout. Also, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number. Once the package is shipped it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@surfcitypetworks.com within 7 days of your package receipt. You can return or exchange any merchandise for up to 30 days after the delivery date. Returns made after 30 days of the delivery date will be refunded via an emailed online website purchase credit. Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return/exchange is delivered to us for it to be processed. Once your return or exchange is processed we will email you an updated tracking number or a confirmation of your refund.

Returns must be well-packaged аѕ іt wаѕ ѕhірреd to уоu, including the shipping box. All returns muѕt bе postmarked wіthіn 7 dауѕ frоm the dаtе you rесеіvеd thе іtеm. All ѕаlеѕ аrе fіnаl аftеr 7 business dауѕ. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Clearance and sale items may have restrictions on returns, please refer to the product descriptions for more information.

Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit. Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to info@surfcitypetworks.com  along with your order number and we would be happy to begin the exchange process. Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 30 days after the delivery date. If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Once your return or exchange is processed we will email you a confirmation of your refund.
